About the Author

I believe that I have the potential to be a good sports agent because I encompass all three of these qualities. Throughout my fourteen years of schooling I have learned that time management is important for all aspects of life. When I better manage my time, I am not as haggard, and I have more free time to do the things I enjoy. Moreover, as sports agents work around athletes’ schedules, they need to make sure that their own schedule is well managed and taken care of, so that they can then prioritize their clients. I should be able to do this effectively since school has developed my time management skills. Another strong attribute I have is that I love talking with and meeting new people. I love having the company of others, and I am always welcoming and excited to make new friends. I am not very shy, so when I am meeting clients and representatives, I will be very calm, cool, and relaxed. Even though agents are always traveling, it does not bother me. I have always enjoyed traveling, and being an agent will allow me to go plenty of places I have never been before.
